NOTICE ON THE METHOD OF SUBMITTING CONSUMER COMPLAINTS

Pursuant to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette No. 41/14) and amendments to the Act (Official Gazette No. 110/15), we inform consumers that they can submit a complaint about the quality of our products and services in writing to the following address:

The complaint form can be obtained from our employees or at the cash desk. We will provide a response to your complaint in writing, no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint. In your complaint, it is mandatory to state the consumer's name and surname, account number and the address for delivery of the response.
